Bristol Rovers Community Trust offers an engaging and supportive work experience programme tailored to each student’s interests and career aspirations.

Throughout their placement, students are mentored by highly qualified and experienced staff and take part in a structured training and development programme designed to enhance their coaching, teaching and leadership skills, preparing them for employment within the sports industry.

Students have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience across a wide range of  Community Trust programmes, spanning our four quarters: Education, Health and Wellbeing, Inclusion, and Sport.

Thanks to our strong partnership with Bristol Rovers Academy, students may also have the opportunity to secure coaching or performance analysis internships alongside their studies, as well as access a wide range of additional projects and experiences that further support their personal and professional development.
