Our fan engagement initiative provides individuals and community groups with the unique opportunity to enjoy an exclusive behind-the-scenes experience at Bristol Rovers FC matchdays.

PL Kicks

a community football programme that uses the power of the game to engage, inspire and support young people aged 8–18. Delivered through sessions for boys, girls and people with disabilities.

bringing supporters, families and the wider community together before every Bristol Rovers home fixture. Featuring engaging activities, entertainment and opportunities to connect.

Meet Louis Howard -

Louis Howard is the Head of Inclusion at Bristol Rovers Community Trust, where he leads the development and delivery of inclusive programmes that ensure people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities have the opportunity to engage with the Trust's activities.

He is passionate about creating welcoming environments that remove barriers to participation and enable everyone to benefit from the power of sport. Working closely with schools, community organisations, local authorities, and partner agencies, Louis oversees a range of initiatives that promote equality, diversity, and inclusion across Bristol.
