Some goodbyes are harder than others, and this is certainly one of them.

After five incredible years filled with dedication, passion, hard work and countless memories, Costa Chard will be leaving his role as Head of Health and Matchday Co-ordinator at Bristol Rovers Community Trust to begin an exciting new chapter in his career.

While we are incredibly saddened to see our very own Italian Stallion move on, we know that the impact he has made during his time at the Trust will never be forgotten. As we prepare to say goodbye, we take a moment to reflect on everything Costa has helped build, the lives he has touched and the lasting memories he leaves behind.

And what a legacy it is.

Over the past five years, Costa has played a pivotal role in shaping and growing the health provision at Bristol Rovers Community Trust into what it is today. Through his leadership, commitment and unwavering passion, he has helped develop a thriving community spanning three programmes, supporting more than 100 people across the services he has led.

But Costa's contribution has always been about far more than numbers, programmes or achievements. It has been about people. From the participants whose lives he has helped change to the colleagues he has supported, encouraged and inspired along the way, Costa has made a difference that reaches far beyond his job title. His professionalism, compassion and genuine commitment to helping others have been at the heart of everything he has done.

Whether offering support, bringing people together or helping individuals take positive steps forward in their lives, Costa has always been someone who puts people first. It is this personal touch, alongside his leadership and determination, that has made him such a valued member of the Trust.

His journey at Bristol Rovers Community Trust has been a special one, and his influence can be felt throughout the organisation. From participant to staff member, Costa has been an important part of the Trust's story, and his departure will undoubtedly leave a huge hole in the hearts of those who have had the pleasure of working alongside him.

He will be sorely missed by everyone at Bristol Rovers Community Trust, Bristol Rovers Football Club and, of course, the participants and colleagues who have been part of his journey over the past five years.

Costa, thank you for everything. Thank you for the dedication, the laughter, the hard work, the memories and, most importantly, the difference you have made to so many lives.

Five years is a long time to make a difference, but for Costa Chard, it has been more than enough time to leave a lasting mark on the Trust and the people who make it so special.

adam tutton, Bristol Rovers Community Trust CEO, said:

“Costa has made an extraordinary contribution to Bristol Rovers Community Trust over the past five years, and we will miss him enormously. Through Rebound with Rovers, our Extra Time Club and his outreach with older people, he has helped people build friendships, regain confidence and feel part of our community. His impact goes far beyond the sessions he has delivered. It is in the people who have felt listened to, supported and valued because he took the time to care. Alongside his work as our Health and Wellbeing Lead, Costa brought that same dedication to his role as matchday coordinator at Bristol Rovers. Whatever the occasion, people have always been at the heart of his work. On a personal level, I want to thank Costa for his friendship, his support and the laughter we have shared. It has been a privilege to work alongside him, and saying goodbye to someone who has meant so much to our team and our community is never easy. He leaves a legacy of stronger connections and happier lives, and he should be incredibly proud of that. On behalf of everyone at the Trust, thank you, Costa. We wish you every happiness in your next chapter, you will always be welcome at the Gas.”

HELEN COX, Bristol Rovers Community Trust coach, said:

“We bid a fond farewell to Costa as he steps down from his role with Rebound with Rovers. Driven by genuine passion and determination, Costa has been instrumental in turning Rebound into a standout mental health project. His leadership and care have provided vital support, bringing people together and creating a positive, open environment around mental well-being. We extend our deepest gratitude to Costa for his invaluable contributions and hard work, and we wish him every success in his future endeavours.”

From everyone at Bristol Rovers Community Trust, we wish you every success, happiness and fulfilment in the next chapter of your journey. Once a part of the Rovers family, always a part of the Rovers family.

Thank you, Costa. You will be missed more than words can say. 💙

Five years of dedication at Bristol Rovers Community Trust is a real legacy, especially in health and matchday coordination. Costa clearly mattered beyond fixtures—those roles build trust and belonging. It’s sad to see him go, but exciting for his next chapter. Stories like this remind me how important it is to unwind, too. If anyone needs a quick, no-download distraction, there are free browser scares at read more. Wishing Costa every success.

Five years of dedication like Costa's is genuinely rare — score it honestly and it sits in the top percentile of any table. It's the unglamorous work behind matchdays and health programmes that fans rarely notice, and Bristol Rovers will feel the absence. Wishing him every success in the new chapter. Reminds me that I enjoy checking how rare things actually are on rngdlelab.com — you plug in any RNGdle number from 0 to 1,000,000 and it returns the exact EP, badges, rarity tier and percentile, no guesswork.

Five years of dedication at a community trust is no small thing — Costa clearly built something real with the health and matchday programmes, and that kind of goodbye leaves a gap no press release can fill. What stands out is how much of his work came down to simply showing up for people, week after week. Oddly, that "endings hit hardest" feeling sent me digging into all the conclusions in The Coffin of Andy and Leyley, and this Andy & Leyley burial route guide covers every Burial, Decay and secret ending in one place. Wishing Costa all the best in his next chapter.

Cosplay styling is most enjoyable when there is room to personalize the final appearance. The Steampunk Fisherman Halloween Cosplay Black Leather Coat could serve as a foundation for several creative outfit combinations. Depending on the occasion, it could be paired with layered shirts, dark denim, boots, and vintage-inspired accessories to develop a look suited to Halloween events or themed gatherings.
