EFL Joy of Moving -
Delivered as part of the EFL’s Joy of Moving programme, these engaging sessions combine movement-based activities with classroom learning to inspire healthier, more active lifestyles.
Designed for primary school children, the programme develops physical literacy, confidence and teamwork while building knowledge of nutrition, wellbeing and healthy habits. Led by our qualified coaches, sessions are fun, interactive and inclusive, creating positive learning experiences for every child.
in partnership with EFL and Ferrero UK we deliver the Joy of Moving programme to thousands of school children in Bristol.
A 6-week in-school course for 9-to-10-year-olds providing 9 hours of blended classroom and physical learning. Children learn about hydration, balanced diets, and physical activity using games.
During the 2025/26 academic year, our staff delivered the programme across 19 schools, engaging 900 school children across North Bristol.

We also offer sports-day-style events held during the summer term. These are for a wide range of ages and focus on areas such as; Physical fitness, Motor coordination, Cognitive functions & creativity.
